For more than 30 years, the industry of automotive and industrial batteries has been constantly using our CORTAMEX products. Our 8 mm and 6.5 mm cotton belts and the 6.5 mm cotton-polyester belts are used in pasting machines to cover the grids that will be used in the charging cells.
Pasting belt

Six layers belt.
These high performance belts, built with 100% cotton and 50% cotton 50% polyester fibers, are less prone to rip, as they are a solid weave structure built with six interweaved layers, which prevents them from splitting or detaching.

8 mm Belt
Cotton, high performance belts specially made for industrial use, manufactured under our CORTAMEX brand which is synonym of quality.
This belt is extremely resistant, so it can in use for several hours a day without ripping or damaging, even when being subjected to severe conditions such as friction, and potentially aggressive external agents that might wear out or damage belts from other brands. Our specially designed for the battery industry products, can be manufactured in different lengths and widths according to your needs.
MINERALMEX
MINERALMEX is our conveyor belt with natural rubber covering. It be manufactured with mechanical or endless joints. We can manufacture them for grid transport, as well as waste or finished product.
